Making Up For Not Posting Yesterday

I didn’t write a blog yesterday as to be frank, I felt like shit.  I am a recent graduate and began looking for a job and I’m also referring to jobs that have nothing to do with my major.  To be honest, I knew the economy was bad, but I had no idea how bad until I started looking for a job.  I only put in around 4 applications during the day as I really don’t want to be a telemarketer that gets paid only on commission.   So did I exercise?  No, not by a long shot, unless getting up out of my chair to occasionally microwave things constitutes as exercise and I really don’t think it falls into that category.
This one is probably going to be the hardest/most embarrassing blog to write about as I took a fucking swan dive or possible more of a cannonball into not only mass quantities of food, but mass quantities of food that just aren’t great for you.  I spent today with a dear friend today and told her all about this and she so kindly said that she had days like this too.  I think I left out a lot of things when describing the smorgasbord that was last night, but that was just sadly due to memory loss of everything I had eaten.  But I’ve surveyed the damage to my house and pantry and I said that I was going to be honest about everything and so here goes.  Oh, I also stopped taking pictures of food after a while; however I will still fully disclose all that was eaten yesterday.
Breakfast:  Small bowl of Honey Nut Cherrios with fat-free milk and coffee with a teaspoon of sugar and Amaretto creamer.  Yeah, I was still doing ok at this point.

Lunch: Leftovers from the night before.  Chicken in an apple, onion reduction topped with apples and onions, a heaping pile of carrots and steamed broccoli.

Snack: Slice of honeydew.

Dinner: This is where the trouble really started.  A three strip chicken meal from Chick-Fil-A.  I’m not proud that I ate from Chick-Fil-A or that I ate a decent amount of fried food.  Again, I refuse to give up fried food all together, but not also with fries.

Dessert: Gigantic banana split.  And yes, I ate all of it.

Around midnight to two AM:  Two, yes two!, Orange chicken Lean Cuisines.  They are so addictive to me, clearly.  This is where I began to feel like I was in full Liz Lemon mode.
Around midnight to two AM: About  a a full sleeve of water crackers.

Around midnight to two AM: A package of Lance peanut butter and honey crackers.

Around midnight to two AM: A bowl of blueberries.

Around midnight to two AM: About 9 herseys kisses
