I was going to say that I went out of town and that’s why I didn’t exercise, but again, horseshit!!! I could have gotten up early, but I just didn’t. I also could have eaten a little better, although I didn’t eat nearly as badly as I did yesterday.
Breakfast: I only had a cup of coffee, but used more than usual of both Amaretto creamer and sugar.
Lunch: A grilled chicken club and fries. I normally don’t even like bacon that much, but it just sounded good today. Thankfully I only ate about 2/3 of this, which was still too much.
Dinner: Four bean turkey crockpot chili with oodles of veggies. I added a very small amount of cheese, as I was working on my night cheese. I also allowed myself a small handful of tortilla chips.
Desert: I only ate about 2/3 of this Bailey’s Irish Cream cupcake and damn it actually was worth the insane amount of calories that came with it.
After dinner drink: As I have only been drinking water, other than my morning coffee, I treated myself to a Woodchuck. Since it’s the granny smith version, maybe that counts as some fruits?
